1.Overall successful business career

2.For at least 2 of the 4 years immediately before the application is lodged, the applicant has held a position in the 3 highest management levels of a major business (turnover$A50million+)

3.The combined business and personal assets of the applicant and spouse are at least A$500,000

4.The applicant and or his spouse have sufficient additional assets to establish themselves in Australia.

5.The applicant is less than 45 years old.

6.The applicant gets a score of at least 5.0 on each of 4 bands of the IELTS test.

7.The applicant has a realistic commitment to participate or establish a suitable business in Australia and be involved in its day–to-day management.
