1.Overall successful record of investment and/or business activity

2.At least 3 years experience in managing investments and/or business

3.For at least one of the previous 5 years the applicant has EITHER

--had direct involvement in managing business in which applicant and/or spouse ownership share was at least 10%
OR

--had direct involvement in managing the applicant and/or spouse's investment, the total value was at least A$1,500,000

4.For the two years immediately before the application is made the net assets of the applicant and/or spouse were at least A$2,250,000

5.The applicant had demonstrated a high level of management skill

6.The applicant is able to make an investment of A$1,500,000 in a designated investment in Australia at the time of decision of visa.

7.The applicant and his spouse have sufficient additional assets to establish themselves in Australia

8.The applicant is less than 45 years old

9.The applicant gets a score of at least 5.0 on each of 4 bands of the IELTS test

10.The applicant has a realistic commitment to maintaining suitable business or investment activity in Australia and to be involved in its day -to-day management.
